What are the requirements?
2. Spay & Neuter:
• Boarding— not required to be spayed or neutered for boarding. If nine months or older and not spayed or neutered, they will have individual free time in designated place areas.
3. Collar & Name Tag: Every dog must wear a collar & tag every visit
4. FLEA PREVENTION: If fleas are noticed during their stay, they will be required to leave immediately. *To start treating fleas, a Capstar 24hr flea pill will be given for $20.
5. Annual Shots required:
• Distemper
• Parvo
• Bordetella

Can I have a Tour?
We offer tours on your pup’s first daycare day to limit traffic on our neighborhood street. It’s best to arrive between 8:30-9:30am when I’m back from my bus route OR pickup before 3pm before I leave for my bus route.
It's my first time, how do I drop off?
1. Text to let us know you’re on way
2. Drive to back buildings and park in front of glass door of small building.
3. Text us that you have arrived.
4. We will walk out to driveway to start tour and explain normal drop off procedures.
What do I pack for daycare?
1. Do not send food, treats, or toys.
2. Collar and name tag always required.
What do I pack for boarding?
1. DO NOT BRING toys, bowls, chews, bones, an excessive amount of treats, food in ziploc bags or personal items in bags. No storage space for extras.
2. Food:
A. Must be in locking plastic/metal storage container.
B. Pack your measuring scoop used.
C. Write First & Last Name & instructions on top and side of container.
3. Medicine
A. Bring in Ziploc with written instructions OR pill organizer is preferred.
B. Must fit in food container
C. Send pill wraps if needed
4. Bed/Blanket:
A. You can bring bed or blanket that is easy to carry.
B. Be sure to ask for it at pickup.
C. We can’t wash beds if soiled.
D. We offer deluxe boarding with bed, blanket, and bedtime snack for convenience.
5. Treats
A. Bring in Sandwich ziploc.
B. Must fit in food container.
6. We always recommend at least a bath before going home to wash away the germs from others and dog smell.

How do I get my pup started?
1. Create Profile
A. click link or download app to create online account and complete client and dog profile
B. Phone app for clients is “Gingr for pet parents.” Invite code is 937102.

2. Shot Records & Fecal Test
A. Go to account > Upload records > Tap “Drop your files here” > Select Image OR Document > select media
B. Upload Only once. It won’t show you uploaded file but it is there. It will say missing info in red color until we verify and manually enter expiration dates.
C. You can also text records to us
3. Sign Policies
A. In client portal: Go to account > Waivers & Agreements > READ & SIGN both online agreements.
4. Text us
A. to speed process up, text that you’ve created an account and completed all steps.
* we must review shot records to move forward
5. Finally
A. We will text back letting you know if you’re missing any steps or if you can request First Daycare Day in client portal to assess temperament and behavior before an overnight stay.
B. Or you can book grooming without an assessment

Bus service is offered Monday-Friday and is $16 roundtrip. Each additional dog is $8. Must wear harness.

$15 daycare fee per dog if pickup is after 11am

If separation is needed for feeding, you must book separate rooms.

We do not provide food. Pack food in container that seals with instructions. We only use our bowls unless slow feeder is needed.
- Please understand, we do not accept new boarders without time to complete a trial daycare day to assess temperament and behavior.

We also offer bus pickup/dropoff Monday-Friday
- When you arrive, enter through the first glass door and wait in the reception area. Communication by text/call is a must. TEXT WHEN ON THEY WAY AND WHEN HERE FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP. This is the biggest help for us and speeds up the process. We only have a receptionist in the morning from 7 AM until 11 AM.
PAYMENT INFO
1. Cash and check preferred and are fee free. All major credit cards are also accepted with a processing fee. We will not accept venmo, paypal, or zelle.
2. You card will be saved on file at checkout.
3. If you need to cancel boarding, you must do so at least 3 days before the reservation to avoid charges. If you do not give a 3 day notice, you will be charged 50% of the reservation. (For example- scheduled check-in is Jan.4. Must cancel by 6pm on Jan.1)
4. If pickup is earlier than reserved and was not discussed or not changed at drop off, you will be charged 100% of the remaining reservation due to the limited space we have.
5. 100% of invoice is due at checkout.
6. Daycare reservations must be canceled the day before to avoid daycare fee.
