FAMILY SHARING ROOM RULES:
• Must eat same food.
• No food possession/aggression towards each other.
• Max of 2 large or 3 small breed per room.
• BBB is not responsible for injuries that occue when kenneled.
• We highly recommend dogs with a difference of 20lbs or more to board separately for safety. Dogs are kenneled at night and not monitored.

STAYING WITH US? HERE'S SOME MORE INFO...

Bus service is offered Monday-Friday and is $16 roundtrip. Each additional dog is $8. Must wear harness.
$15 daycare fee per dog if pickup is after 11am
If separation is needed for feeding, you must book separate rooms.
We do not provide food. Pack food in container that seals with instructions. We only use our bowls unless slow feeder is needed.
Please understand, we do not accept new boarders without time to complete a trial daycare day to assess temperament and behavior.

DROP OFF & PICK UP

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday 7am - 11am
Sunday Pickups $30 between 6:30 to 7:30am by appointment only.

We also offer bus pickup/dropoff Monday-Friday
When you arrive, enter through the first glass door and wait in the reception area. Communication by text/call is a must. TEXT WHEN ON THEY WAY AND WHEN HERE FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP. This is the biggest help for us and speeds up the process. We only have a receptionist in the morning from 7 AM until 11 AM.

PAYMENT INFO

1. Cash and check preferred and are fee free. All major credit cards are also accepted with a processing fee. We will not accept venmo, paypal, or zelle.
2. You card will be saved on file at checkout.
3. If you need to cancel boarding, you must do so at least 3 days before the reservation to avoid charges. If you do not give a 3 day notice, you will be charged 50% of the reservation. (For example- scheduled check-in is Jan.4. Must cancel by 6pm on Jan.1)
4. If pickup is earlier than reserved and was not discussed or not changed at drop off, you will be charged 100% of the remaining reservation due to the limited space we have.
5. 100% of invoice is due at checkout.
6. Daycare reservations must be canceled the day before to avoid daycare fee.

NEW BOARDER?

Please understand, we do not accept new boarders without time to complete a trial daycare day to assess temperament and behavior. We do not accept out of town guests which also decreases contagious pathogens entering our facility. Daycare is Monday-Friday only.

Our guest and their owners can relax knowing the facility is by RESERVATION ONLY and that all dogs here have passed a behavior assessment. Severe separation anxiety, escape artists, or any aggressive behavior is not accepted. We limit the amount of disturbances and distractions that can take away from the serenity found here on Black Bayou.
